Ordering
We may not be able to edit confirmed orders before they are shipped. This is why in the Cart - before you placed your order - we do ask in the Cart for all customers to "please check that the items you are ordering - and the sizes, colors, & quantities - are correct. We may not be able to edit confirmed orders before they are shipped. By clicking on 'check out' you agree to our terms, shipping, & returns policies." That said, if you contact us with your order details, and we see your email before your order is shipped, we will help as much as we can. I
Once you have placed your order, we allow 20 minutes for you to cancel your order. We prefer to try to ship orders as fast as our warehouse team allows. Please contact us for assistance. Note that should your order be shipped - as we do ask all customers in the Cart to check their order details before going to the check out page - then you would need to return your order to us for a refund (less shipping and any admin costs).
We are an online-only business and we do not have a physical store. To place your order please do so online. We look forward to assisting you further as you shop with us.
To use your store credit you will need to log into your account on safaristore.com- click on the person icon in the top right of the screen when on desktop, and on mobile devices it is in the menu at the bottom of the menu items where it says 'Log in'.
Once logged in you then add items to your basket as normal. When you get to the check out area the value of your available store credit displays in the Store credit section, and then you are able to select "Apply store credit" to use it as payment.
You will not be able to apply partial amounts: the full available store credit amount is applied to the order. If the store credit exceeds the order total, only the necessary amount is used. You are able to view your store credit balance in your account details when logged in.
Please note that we do not ship to freight forwarders under any circumstances, and so please do not place orders if you use a freight forwarder.
If you continue to place an order for a freight forwarder and the parcel goes missing then we are not liable for the value of the order shipped, and we are not able to assist in finding the parcel. Again, do not order from us if your address is a freight forwarding address.

Products
Please use the size charts for each product and read and follow the instructions for each size chart. Using the garment measurements & instructions is the best way to work out which size to order.
We spend many days trying to get our product colors as accurate as possible, but the product color you see does depend on the device you are using to view our online store, and the settings for that monitor. Added to that, the color you see for any physical product which you have in your hand also depends on the lighting conditions around you.

To use an E-Gift Card, simply shop with us online at SafariStore.com USA, and then in the check out page enter your E-Gift Card number in the space which says 'Discount Code or Gift Card'. Click 'Apply' and your E-Gift Card will be applied to your order.
Shipping
All the shipping options we offer are trackable. We will send you the tracking details by email once we have shipped your order. Please do track your parcel all the way to you, so that you are able to contact the shipping company should they report any issues on their tracking page.
We require a signature for all orders where the order item value is $200 or more. We do offer a No-signature option too, but please click here to find out more about our shipping options and shipping policy.

At the moment we only ship to customers within the United States. There is a separate UK company called The Safari Store which has similar products and which ships worldwide: thesafaristore.com.
The reality is that free delivery is never actually free - and most of the time you are paying a higher price per product to enable the retailer to offer you 'free' delivery. We prefer to offer you simply the best products for an honest and reasonable price - and to charge shipping at our cost price, and often at below our cost price with the courier / USPS. As an example our BUGTech+ Stretch shirts should be priced at way over $110 per shirt when compared to the offering of other brands for products which in fact have less field testing, styling, and technology - and usually no insect repellency - built into them. If we priced our products as we should do at over $110, then perhaps we would be offering 'free' delivery - but the reality is that you would still be paying more per shirt (or other product), especially when ordering more than one.
From time to time we may offer discounted shipping, but we do not price this into our products and so it is not a sustainable way to run a business. Providing you with the best products backed up by great service is our main aim in life.

We do not build the price of returns shipping into our product prices, which means all customer pay less, for the best products.
Only items bought from Safari Store,Inc. of the USA (safaristore.com) may be returned to Safari Store USA, using our returns system. If the item you are returning does not show on the returns system, then you did not buy it from us and so we are not able to receive it as a return item. Please do not try to return items to the incorrect store as you will not be refunded for them.
The Safari Store UK (thesafaristore.com) and Safari Store (safaristore.com) are two separate companies in two different countries with different product identifiers (skus) fabrics, sizing, technology, and styles.
General Queries
While SafariStore.com (Safari Store, Inc; Safari Store USA) and TheSafariStore.com (The Safari Store UK) share a common heritage, SafariStore.com is a separate US company with its own brand identity, sizing, styles, and technology. Some items sold by Safari Store (USA) are sold under license from The Safari Store (UK). For returns, items bought from SafariStore.com (Safari Store USA) may not be returned to TheSafariStore.com (The Safari Store UK), and vice versa.
