Shipping policy
Thank you for checking in on our shipping information page. Please read all the information below before you place your order - as by placing your order you are confirming that you agree to the following information and terms:

Shipping options: We offer shipping with USPS & FedEx. Please see the shipping options, estimated timings, and prices in the check out area when you place your order.
-'USPS Tracked' and 'No-signature USPS Tracked' uses USPS Ground Advantage. 'USPS Tracked' is only offered for small orders.;
-'USPS Priority Tracked' and 'No-signature USPS Priority Tracked' uses USPS Priority Mail.
-'FedEx Ground' & 'No-signature FedEx Ground' uses FedEx Ground for business addresses; FedEx Home Delivery for residential addresses.
-'FedEx Express' & 'No-signature FedEx Express' uses the FedEx 2Day service.
-'FedEx Express' offers the fastest shipping times (lower 48 states only). A reminder that all shipping times are estimates which is why we have not called this FedEx 2Day, but rather FedEx Express.
-You will know which shipping companies or options are best for your address, so please select the best option for your address. - Signature required: All orders require a signature on delivery. If you do not wish to sign then please see 'do not want to have to sign?' in the point below.
- Do not want to have to sign?: If your order weighs less than 20lbs and you do not wish for a signature to be required, then select 'No-Signature USPS Tracked', 'No-signature USPS Priority Tracked', 'No-signature FedEx Ground', or 'No-signature FedEx Express' as your shipping option. By doing so, you acknowledge that this increases the risk of your parcel going missing, that it is more risky to not require a signature - and that you accept this risk and will not blame us should your parcel not be delivered to you or go missing. All orders weighing more than 20lbs will require a signature.

Your Shipping address: Please ensure that the shipping address which you provide is able to receive and sign for parcels, and that should a parcel not need to be signed for, that it is safe for FedEx or USPS to leave the parcel without risk of it being stolen, damaged, or tampered with. We assume that this is the case for all addresses provided for delivery of your order to you. We ship to you using the information and address which you provide and we are not responsible should your parcel not arrive with you. We will assist you as much as we are able to, but once shipped it is over to FedEx / USPS to deliver the parcel to you. We do not accept responsibility for any parcels which are lost, damaged, or tampered with.
- Hotels & third party addresses: If you opt to have your parcel delivered to a hotel or third party address, then please note that you do so entirely at your own risk. There are too many variables outside your control and so we do not recommend shipping to either hotels or third parties. Should you opt for a hotel or third party as your delivery address, then it is highly advisable that you liaise with the hotel or third party to ensure that they know that you are shipping a parcel to them, and to closely track your parcel to manage the delivery to the third party or hotel, to ensure that you receive your parcel. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or missing parcels sent to hotel or third party addresses, and we are also not able to assist should the parcel not arrive in time at the hotel or third party.
- Freight forwarders & Addresses outside the USA: Please note that we do not ship to freight forwarders under any circumstances, and so please do not place orders if you use a freight forwarder. If you continue to place an order and are using a freight forwarder as your shipping address and the parcel goes missing - then we are not liable for the value of the order shipped, and we are not able to assist in finding the parcel. Again, do not order from us if your address is a freight forwarding address. We are also not responsible for lost or missing parcels if you opt to ship to an address outside of the USA, including using APO, FPO, DPO, or U.S. territory addresses. Many of these addresses may only be shipped using USPS - so only select USPS in the checkout. Please also be aware that parcel size limits may apply to DPO and other addresses and that we are not able to check on this for each and every parcel shipped to addresses outside the US. We recommend looking up more information on the USPS website.
- Shipping timings - business days: All shipping timings are estimates in business days and do not include the order processing time. Shipping timings may be affected by: remote addresses, the weather, holidays.
- Order processing time before shipping: We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving an order (not guaranteed, and may be slightly longer over busier times), but please note that this is Monday to Friday only on business days - which excludes weekends and holidays. An order placed on a Friday should then be shipped out on the following Monday. This is also subject to the availability of stock (if there is a stock shortage, then we will contact you on email).
- Urgent orders: If your order is urgent, please contact us before you place your order to let us know and we will see what we are able to do to assist you with expediting your order.
- Tracking: All shipping options are Tracked and we will send you the tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please track your parcel until it reaches you as we are not responsible should your parcel go missing. If you need assistance with tracking, please contact the shipping company directly (we provide details in the shipped email we send to you). Where necessary and once you have contacted the shipping company, we will try to assist you as best we can. Note that, once it has been shipped, your parcel is literally out of our hands.

Check that your address is correct: Please ensure that the address you provide at checkout is also the correct address, which is manned and able to receive a parcel and have it signed for.
- Sales Tax: Sales tax, where applicable, will be shown at checkout.
- US-only: We only ship to customers within the US. This includes the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, and Alaska.
- Shipping Insurance: Should your parcel be lost, damaged, tampered with, or stolen en route to you, or once delivered (see 'Your Shipping Address above'), then we will only be able to claim the insured value provided for by the postal service or courier as standard (FedEx or USPS or one of the courier services offered at check out). If you require your parcel to be insured for the full amount, then please contact us before placing your order. We ship to you using the information and address which you provide and we are not responsible should your parcel not arrive with you. We will assist you as much as we are able to, but once shipped it is over to the courier / USPS to deliver the parcel to you. We do not accept responsibility for any parcels which are lost, damaged, or tampered with. If we win a claim on your behalf then we will only refund the amount received back from the shipping company for the claim.
- Parcels returned to us not-delivered: Please keep track of your parcel as it makes its way to you. Where parcels are returned to us as USPS / Courier was not able to deliver to you, we will refund you for your order, less the shipping you originally paid, any return shipping cost we incur, and 10% of your order total to cover our costs for restocking and managing the return.
- Shipping not refundable: The amount you pay for shipping when you place your order is not refundable.
