- Made from super-quality 1000D nylon canvas, which is highly abrasion-resistant and strong. This canvas has a cotton canvas look and feel, but is lighter, stronger, and built for rugged outdoor adventures.
- Brass and leather pull tabs and accents contribute to the practicality and classic safari styling of this duffel.
- The bag’s design provides ample space and ease of access. The Explorer II Duffel Bag has a spacious, lined interior with plenty of room to pack. Horseshoe-shaped zips provide superior ease of access and simplify packing.
- The main compartment and all side pockets have lockable double zips for peace of mind for air and train travel (padlocks not included).
- Choose how to carry it – with the leather handles or the adjustable, removable shoulder strap with leather shoulder pad.

A Note About Luggage Handlers:
We stand by the quality of the construction of our canvas and leather range and the quality of the safari-grade canvas and leather we use to make our bags. We have also expedition tested all of our canvas and leather luggage so that we know just how tough it is. Leather and canvas are, however, fabrics and, as with all fabrics, they have their limitations. While cases are few and far between and we have not experienced puncturing on our own safaris and expeditions, fabric, by its very nature, is able to puncture or tear if subjected to force, sharp objects, if thrown along an abrasive surface, or other forms of harsh handling. We urge any clients who have their luggage damaged by luggage handlers and ground staff to contact us for a quote to submit to their travel insurance to make a claim.
